Welcome to a great and fullfilling hobby and probably one of the best ways to spend a calm, sunny afternoon.There are many ways of enjoying this sport, and many different types of aircraft you may assemble/build and fly. Our Club
Skyhawks Aeromodellers is one of the oldest clubs in the Adelaide region, with an excellent flying field and clubhouse facilities.
The club has dedicated training aircraft, as well as a group of keen instructors who are happy to get you airborne on your first flights, keep the model safe as you learn the basics, and help you progress into your own model at some time.
Membership is open to all - Juniors and Adults alike, and we have meetings every two months.
Why don't you come out and try flying a model? You can see if you like it enough before spending a cent.
